Kris Lamb
Director
Kris joined PRC Corporation in 1989. Been awhile!
She started in our Los Angeles office as an Assistant Director and was promoted to Director in 1992.
During her time in Los Angeles, she built the Hispanic database, reorganized the recruitment team/strategy, help build the client base and learned first-hand how to cover the receptionist, hostess and recruiter positions.
Kris moved to San Francisco in 1995 to open our San Francisco office. She started from scratch with no employees or database and built this branch office from the ground up.
In 2000, Kris assumed the role of National Director, training and overseeing facility directors, while also maintaining client relations.
During the pandemic, Kris helped transition PRC Corporation to a new way of doing business. She continues to devote her time growing the business by exploring new market research opportunities.
Kris was born and raised in central California and now resides in Colorado (summer) and Arizona (winter).
She has a BA in Business Administration from SDSU and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children (now in college) and dogs, hiking, reading and watching foreign films/series (no Hollywood for her!)
Lindsay Price
Director
Former Facility Director of our Florida markets and currently overseeing a remote nationwide team, Lindsay Price has been with PRC since August 2011, just a few months after graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors degree in business administration, earning a double major in marketing and management. Lindsay started her career with the company as Assistant Director of Tampa. As a fast learner noted for her attention to detail and creative solutions, Lindsay was promoted to Facility Director of Tampa in 2015 and was given a second facility to manage (Ft Lauderdale) only two years later due to her expertise in keeping expenses low, maximizing cost effectiveness, and retaining highly satisfied clients.
The COVID pandemic greatly impacted the in-person qualitative market and Lindsay quickly pivoted to match that need. Knowing that Zoom and other online platforms would be the future of qualitative research, Lindsay got up to speed on these capabilities and quickly helped her clients move to these platforms. Given that many consumers at the time were not familiar with online platforms, especially those who are retired or don’t work with technology often, Lindsay created a detailed instruction manual for helping respondents learn to use Zoom on computers, tablets and smartphones. Lindsay also saw a need to increase the patient pool for rare diseases and worked with clients to help identify patients, with a large portion new to market research. While many were nervous about their first qualitative discussion, Lindsay quickly put them at ease drawing many compliments for her positive attitude and ability to make respondents feel comfortable with the technology piece.
Now with the company for over eleven years, Lindsay has had the guidance of many great mentors to shape her management style and optimistic approach. Dedication and attention to detail are two of her biggest strengths which allow her to gain new clients while also maintaining repeat business.
Lindsay is a born and raised Floridian, currently living in the Tampa Bay Area. When she is out of the office, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her daughter and fiancé as well as cooking and shopping. She is proud of her ability to find spectacular deals on shoes, cookware and baby clothes online and dreams of mastering the art of extreme couponing. She also names her cats after cars; the method of which she will never reveal.
